Wuyi Rougui Tea
This Wuyi Rougui tea is a high-grade tea with a rich and evolving aroma. When you first smell the tea leaves, you’ll notice a subtle woody fragrance. Upon sipping, a full floral aroma fills your senses, and as the tea reaches your throat, a fruity, woody note emerges. The layers of flavor are very complex and nuanced.
However, I believe it hasn’t quite reached the top tier mainly due to the texture. While the sweetness is evident, the smoothness upon entry could be improved. That said, this doesn’t make the tea inferior. In fact, compared to other Wuyi Rougui teas of the same grade, this one stands out as being on the higher end.
Brewing Method
- Recommended Yixing Teapot Brewing: Use boiling water at 100°C for brewing, no need to rinse the tea; you can start drinking from the first infusion. After the fifth infusion, you can steep it a bit longer. This tea can typically be brewed up to 10 times.
Storage
- Avoid Light: Store the tea in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight, to preserve its aroma.
Size
Each box contains 12 sachets of tea, with each sachet holding 8 grams of tea, for a total of 96 grams.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
